Hello followers, my name is Evan. I will be updating this blog from here on out, although I’m currently trying to work out a way for this to be secondary to my other blog, theelk801.tumblr.com. Hope I can make this as good as Eric did.
I will be transferring management of this blog to a friend of mine. He will make everything bright again! Stay tuned.
I know I promised all of you that I would be returning, and you probably don’t care if I do or don’t. But either way, it’s time to call it quits.
I am retiring from Fuck Yeah Tokusatsu!
It was fun in the summer while it lasted, and it was a great learning tool for me. I learned how to connect with the fanboy culture outside of my own, and I was happy to get to know some of you while I was here. But there is a way for you to keep up with me.
I may be retiring from Tumblr and Fuck Yeah Tokusatsu!, but I am not retiring from blogging. Rather, I have decided to put forth my time and effort into an endeavor that I believe would benefit me more in the years to come than a way to kill time online. The Fanboy Federation is a new blog that talks all about what we know and love — tokusatsu, movies, games, TV, pro wrestling, etc. — and dumps it all into one place. Here, there is room for discussion as, I believe it’s important to be pro-active as a fanboy or fangirl, and not just observing from the sidelines.
I have set up a Facebook account as well as a Twitter account, and I hope you can support me in this endeavor.
Thank you, Tumblr followers, for one of the coolest summers of my life. But now it’s getting cold, and it’s time to get serious. About fun stuff. Makes perfect sense, right?
